A great, ambitious trifold that most readers can't buy and shouldn't, given its price, lack of Google support, and durability doubts.

  • Works as a phone, foldable, and tablet in one device
  • Surprisingly thin when folded for a trifold
  • Good battery life for a phone-sized device
  • Decent cameras and solid build feel
  • Fills a unique niche no other trifold competes in
  • Almost $4,000 price is far too high
  • No native Google apps or Play Store support
  • Limited to 4G, no 5G
  • Durability concerns: extra hinge and exposed screen edge
  • No IP rating for water or dust resistance

Huawei's tri-folding Mate XT has outstanding cameras that beat rival foldables and rival the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, plus great battery life, though it is very expensive.

  • Cameras beat other foldables, including the Find N5
  • Camera quality close to Xiaomi 15 Ultra in many scenes
  • Good portrait shots and low-light performance
  • Great battery life for its size
  • Versatile: slab, foldout, and 10.2-inch tablet modes
  • Very expensive, by a significant margin
  • Chipset not on par with top Qualcomm offerings
  • Xiaomi 15 Ultra still has better overall photo quality
